Compound has recently sold its 56-apartment development in Beckenham.
In its capacity as Development Manager for a Family Office, Compound oversaw the redesign and planning permission for this trio of Richard Seifert-designed office buildings.
Centred around a courtyard cul-de-sac, these not fit for purpose offices were reimagined as 56 starter micro apartments for young professionals looking to live in the capital. On securing planning permission for this innovative residential development, Compound also incorporated a wider ground floor vision, including F&B and a co-working pop up.
Compound and the Family Office have now handed over the delivery of its vision to a leading residential developer.
