Design

Design
  • Compound works with leading architects, designers and brand consultants to challenge and innovate at every step of the design process. We aspire to deliver projects that playfully yet dramatically respond to the needs and context of our locations. No building ever being the same because no community, place or person is the same.

Sustainability

Sustainability

Central to our philosophy is a belief that ESG extends far beyond an acronym.

  • We follow the principles of impact investment bringing positive social and environmental impact through all our developments, innovating and contributing in a relevant and positive form, whilst delivering strong returns for our investors.

Community

Community
  • All our projects are developed with the local community in mind, creating jobs, harnessing local talent and playing a meaningful role in the local economy. We adopt a bespoke approach to this dependent on each project’s location – responding to solve local community problems rather than ticking boxes.

Impact

Compound’s commitment to impact investment forms the basis for every project in its wide-ranging portfolio.

We seamlessly combine the latest in ESG and environmental excellence with pioneering community support services and initiatives.

As such, each one of our developments brings significant benefits to our customer, to local businesses and communities, as well as our investors.
