Compound partners with architects DMWR for self- storage projects

Compound has appointed the award-winning architects DMWR to design two major projects in Milton Keynes and Tunbridge Wells. The brief is to design state-of-the-art facilities to BREEAM Excellent standards with high bio-diversity net gains and the ability to recover high levels of energy recovery through on-site renewables. The Tunbridge Wells site will see the construction of 91,000 sq ft of self-storage space whilst Milton Keynes will be home to a 88,00 sq ft mixed use development.

DMWR Architects have been delivering pragmatic and quality architecture for student accommodation, aviation, industrial and residential since 1963. Amongst its many high-profile projects are Gatwick Airports North Terminal departure lounge and the 885-roomed Parade Green student accommodation in Oxford.
