The investor developer Compound has acquired a two-acre site in Milton Keynes where it plans a major mixed-use development.
Located at the gateway round-about to the Winterhill Retail Park, the site will see the transformation of an obsolete 1990’s office building into a state-of-the-art, mixed-use development. Once delivered, the project will provide 88,000 sq ft of co working, meeting room and self-storage space – all available on flexible terms.
